Set Appointment, the latest application from activ8, allows different business types to schedule time with their customers. It operates on services defined by the provider, allowing them to divide each service into 15 minute blocks and determine if the client is involved in that process or not. It allows the service provider to schedule multiple events with multiple clients that may overlap. For example, a hair stylist may have two clients in two different chairs at one time, and the application allows for that type of web-based scheduling.
